Seasonal greatness! Raw milk, wood wrapped, soft, sublime, limited. This is a cheese that comes around but once a year from Uplands Cheese in Wisconsin. Serve at room temp or warm it in the oven (wrapped in foil at 250 for 45 min.) for a gooey comfort. 12 oz. Raw cow's milk; USA.
